Are Threshold Gifts cumulative or not?

At 60k SQM, I got 2500 rollover Status Qualifying Miles for next year.

If I reach 90k SQM, I will get 5000 rollover Status Qualifying Miles for next year.

So will I get a total of 7500 rollover SQM, or just the higher of the two gifts (5000)?
