What's interesting is there's already a Hampton Inn in Durham just three miles down I-85.
I’d guess that the ‘old’ Hampton is going to get reflagged as construction nears completion. When they built a new Holiday Inn Express in my town a couple hundred meters from the old, one, the old one reflagged as a Best Western when the new one opened.
