Any suggestions for fixing a problem I'm having with the AA phone numbers? I'm platinum pro and no matter what line I call I'm sent to the common queue and have to hold sometimes for up to four hours. When I finally get someone they insist on transferring me to the platinum line and then I haold again, the last time for another twenty minutes.

The automated voice matches my account so it's not a problem with that...

As far as I'm concerned this is unacceptable.
