Upgrade refund for cancelled flight
I bid for an upgrade on a flight that was accepted, and I paid the upgrade fee. Ultimately the flight was cancelled due to weather, and I was rebooked on Delta two days later in regular economy class. I filled out the online form to Westjet requesting the refund of my upgrade fee, and the website said my request was received and they would "cal me" within 7-10 days. It has been a month since I filed the claim, no call, no email confirmation that my request was even received. Has anyone had any success with this process, or suggestions on who to follow up with?
