I am consistently having issues trying to book a 5 night award stay at this property. At first I thought it was just a me/browser issue but then I called reservations and they are saying unavailable on their side as well and to try again later. If I change search criteria to a 4 night or any other duration the awards list loads just fine -- it's just the 5 night that consistently breaks and it's only an issue with this specific property.
Have others experienced this error too? It happens no matter what browser or device I use, signed in or not. Incredibly frustrating because the flexible calendar even shows availability, and if I go night by night the availability is there too, but as soon as I switch it to 5 nights then it errors out
Have you tried the app? I was able to get all the way to the booking page.
