If I change search criteria to a 4 night or any other duration the awards list loads just fine -- it's just the 5 night that consistently breaks and it's only an issue with this specific property.

Have others experienced this error too? It happens no matter what browser or device I use, signed in or not. Incredibly frustrating because the flexible calendar even shows availability, and if I go night by night the availability is there too, but as soon as I switch it to 5 nights then it errors out
