Looking at the account application page for Chase Ink Cash, I see this under Certifications:
I believe that is for each business. If you have 2 EINs, say, then you can use them to apply for two cards as if (or actually are) two separate businesses (and a Sole Proprietor as well). If you only have a Sole Prop and only apply using that, then the rule is as you said. I think I got that right.
