I am currently on the phone for 45 minutes speaking to the third agent regarding Google Fi not triggering wireless credits.
Every time I have to go through the same routine:
"Is this a digital offer you are registered?" No
5 minute hold
"Business platinum credits require enrollment. Have you enrolled in the wireless benefit?" Yes
5 minute hold
"Let me research this." Sure
5 minute hold
"It appears Google Fi is not a wireless service." OK, can I speak to an account manager?
Frustrating as hell.

Ever since the inquiry results (which show in the chat history), I get on chat monthly and the agent manually issues the credit without discussion or push back. It's really too bad there's no way to get Google to code this correctly on a regular basis.
