This thread was broken off from the personal card thread in April 2020, because that's when we started to see business card rejections for reasons not previously reported. However, I don't think it's accurate to say that "every" business application was rejected, because it was the process of comparing less frequent approvals versus rejections that allowed us to create the summary that is in the Wikipost.
