Usually that's a sign that some nefarious third party seller has taken an old listing with lots of good reviews and replaced the product being sold with cheap junk, which lets them keep the good reviews. But that listing says it's sold by and shipped from Amazon, so I don't know what's going on. In any case, you can probably find that same can opener at Bed Bath and Beyond or your local grocery store. I got my parents' at their local Jewel.

edit - oops, this is not the same can opener my parents have. From the first photo it looks like it but I just clicked through the others and this has two handles, while my parents' only has one.
