What is the best day/time to pick up at DCA? I am going to DC at the beginning of the next month and will be renting a car to go to VA for a day or two at some point during my trip. My schedule for this is a bit flexible. My options are pick up weds night or sometime on Friday. Which would be better for selection? I'm National Executive Elite.
