Had a pleasant surprise today with upgrades. I had a HEL-NRT round trip booked for november during the 3x points campaign in eco flex that I needed to adjust the dates for. I was on wait list both ways with vouchers, and the agent in the chat said there was no upgrade availability for the new dates. She moved the dates and I received a new eticket receipt. However, four minutes later, I received another new eticket receipt that showed the upgrade for the return flight had cleared
