Not really worth it. It's just another room with some chairs and a sitting area, with the same view as the regular rooms. For free, I'd take it, but I probably wouldn't use a certificate for it. I like this hotel because it's a no-nonsense, efficient, utilitarian, and reasonably well-managed property in a decent location and good value for money (especially for NYC). It's not a destination property.
