SAS lists its ORD lounge as a a lounge where its business class and EBD customers get lounge access on arrival. For those with no onward boarding pass from ORD, accessing the lounge isn’t generally possible even for SK business class arrivals/EBD arrivals on SK at ORD.. For those with a boarding pass showing departure from ORD, it may be accessible on arrival if open. But then that requires clearing TSA security at ORD T5 to get airside, and that is after clearing immigration/customs and ending up land-side post-international baggage claim.
