Yes I did get the offer

Just trying to better understand this offer:
The terms state that Cardmembers must meet the Premier qualifying flight (PQF) requirement for 1K status.
To be sure this means that if I earn 13,500 PQP (some through CC spend) + 36 PQF, I should be 1K, correct?

I also have 600 Flex PQP, would I be able to apply it towards 1K in addition to the PQP earned from the Infinite spend?
