A question please... We will be staying at Grosvenor House over the New Years period on an award stay. I seem to recall when booking that a mandatory NYE banquet would be charged per person. However, when I look at my reservation I do not see any mention of it. As I have never been during NYE, can anyone explain how this works? Will I be charged and if so is there a specific restaurant?
