Just an FYI for those who may still be considering attending:

I will be locking in the final numbers with the restaurant on the 23rd of August so that they can fill the additional seats that we won't be using. If you are still considering coming but cannot confirm by that point, please let me know by either posting in the thread or sending me a PM.

I don't think it would be fair to the restaurant for me to wait until the last minute before telling them our final numbers given that the reso is for 20.
