Any insight into how this works? Looking at PTY-IAD, J is completely empty but can't confirm upgrade with United PlusPoints or miles. Meter says $250 is Fuerte and $250 is Excelente. Am I essentially guaranteed the upgrade if I bid $250? How far in advance do these typically confirm? Thanks!
