I got a really nice suite upgrade at The Centric Mag Mile. The massive TV in the living room came in handy for the NHL playoffs. I didn't check out breakfast but the room itself was great and it was reasonably priced compared to other hotels that weekend. Surprisingly I got what I think is categorized as a corner room at the Hyatt Place in Wicker Park but it was actually a pretty big room with a bathroom and hallway separating the bedroom and living room. Not quite what you're looking for I'm sure but worth mentioning. Also got a suite upgrade at the Regency Ohare. Overall I've had pretty good treatment in Chicago but have only stayed at a few properties.
