You can use the Star F Lounge in TBIT, which is decent. You can also take a door in the back to go to the business lounge, they have some more food selection (The F lounge has sit down tables and a menu, but last time I was there the choices were very limited and the quality/taste was ok, but far from great.
I have been there in May and got the same experiences. Coffee machine was not serviced, so the backdoor to business was helpful to get a coffee there. The food and service are far away from the time pre-covid.
