Thanks for this info Dave Noble. I have found the relevant page on the agency area of the website and the info is completely contrary to what’s published on the main website. So I reckon I shall be having an interesting ‘discussion’ at BNE check in in due course!!
I would be interested to know if any other contributors have faced into this recently and with what result?
