If not, and you cannot upgrade online in Manage My Booking, the standard booking number is your only option.
It is a mildly interesting concept though.. would it be profitable for BA to have a dedicated line for paid cabin upgrades, regardless of status?
Thanks, you make a good point but I suppose they’d need to determine the ratio of how many people enquire as opposed to how many then actually upgrade at the same time as enquiring!
