when I returned to Won Ton House’s soft opening (on Noriega by 20th / 21st), I got annoyed with their sign-up sheet and empty tables combo so I ate dumplings at their neighbor instead, which also has noodles. This was in March and I totally failed to return despite plans to return. Sigh.
