Weird error when trying to check-in for my flight at Delta.
Hi, I booked a flight to Peru via LATAM, and my first flight is through Delta, and per LATAM, I went to check-in 24 hours before my flight at Delta. I originally booked the flight for June, but moved the dates in August due to work reasons.
When I check-in via browser (Chrome and Firefox) I get this weird error that "We're sorry. We are unable to process your request. Please try again later". Then I tried via the Delta Android App and now I get the error "You don't have an electronic ticket. Please check with an Agent.".
Using online Delta online Chat, they told me I need to check-in with LATAM. When I called LATAM, they told me I need to checkin at Delta since it is the first flight. When I talk to Delta again, they said I need to check-in at the airport counter to validate documents. This is probably true, but with some googlefu, I found the error should be "An airport agent needs to verify you possess all the documents required for your international journey.". So I asked Delta in a new chat again, and they told me my ticket summary looks incorrect and that I need to contact LATAM.
I'm wondering what I should do now. Should I just go to Delta ticket counter and see if they can fix it or call LATAM to fix it. Or should I try calling LATAM again and saying I can't check-in at Delta and says my e ticket is missing.
