On every seating chart I can find, including the LH App and Seat Guru, Row 4 on all A320s is in Business Class and shows the middle seats grayed out. Our reservation, however, indicates our seats are Economy. Not a big deal either way on a 75 minute flight. Just curious.

Our seats are 4a and 4c. The seat chart on the LH app did not have the middle seat grayed out but I selected A and C anyway.

Can anyone confirm if these seats on an A320 are, indeed, Business Class?

All seats are the same on shortfall aircraft, the middle seat is simply blocked in the business class cabin. There is a moveable divider on the aircraft with which Lufthansa can adjust the size of business class.
