The SL1 Silver Line bus goes from the airport to South Station where you can make a free connection to the Red Line. Park Street Station is 2 stops north on the Red Line from South Station on a corner of the Boston Common. The Information center in Boston Common is one of the endpoints of the Freedom Trail.
