The email confirmation took an unusually long period of time to arrive, almost 6 hours after booking. But it did arrive, and I can go into my account and call up the reservation with no problems online, but in the app I too get the error message that others have seen.
I had a similar experience, the confirmation email took hours to arrive, so I took a screenshot of the website, just in case.
I just checked again and both my reservations are still there when I look online and I was able to pull them in up the app.
