It's also a good idea to get as many of the Hertz return agents in your return photo's with the car (one sprawled on the hood would be a nice touch), they really appreciate that photo opportunity, along with their IDs, and make sure you tell them you'll be posting it on the internet! If you can get one of them to pose with your contract and spouse, even better, especially if s/he is over 18 so they can testify...
