Hi,

Yes that is correct.

There is a lounge (Pearl Club) at the WA Palm but HH diamonds do not get access to it free (only if you pay for a Pearl Club room or upcharges may be offered from standard rooms they may be substantial)

I'm not sure if there are any WA's that have lounges that are complimentary to HH Diamonds
