FYI, regarding reaching agents/callback: just got a callback from SQ. I called them in June (not a typo) and was told that 'callback will be done within 48 hours'.
So all of you should know that for SQ hours==days in terms of callback.
P.S. Needless to say that the issue was resolved (NOT) already...
