I can't agree more with you more,
you and i had a great run of fully enjoying RA bennies in the good ol' times

Concerning renovations i thought i read somewhere upthread that floors 3/4/5 were done + the nonbookable suites
And they still have to do the upper floors.
I believe the newer Mayfair rooms are for now on the lower floors....
anybody please correct me if wrong
