I have never heard about outsourced handling agents (like HAVAS) to handle compensations. You have 2 options: send receipts to the airline and ask to be reimbursed or use your travel insurance (might be easier/faster).

If DAR is your home city, airline will most likely reject compensation as assumption is you have something to wear at your home
