Embassy talked with official and only then did they escort him to his flight. He's a college student ! Just wrong...he was quite afraid. No reason to treat people
this way. He never wants to see the country again.
Respectfully, this just seems odd!
Did he do his health declaration and have his One Health Pass?
Did he have his 2 covid shots PLUS the booster?
Did he have a hotel reservation lined up for his down time in Manila?
