Are NEXUS lanes- with nexus type screening - truly open for Canadian domestic flights
Went YOW-YVR last week. In YOW, went on nexus lane- but it merged at front of the line with regular line.
So had to take off light jacket, fluids etc - like regular screening.
Came back from YVR yesterday. Nexus lane (concourse C screening) closed. So went to fast track lane. Merged with regular line. Directed to body scanning line.
I have not flown on domestic flights from YYZ or YUL or YYC or other Canadian cities this calendar year- so I can not comment on them.
Question - would it do any good for me to show my nexus car at the front of the "merged" line(s)- so I can get more of a nexus type screening rather than the regular screening (esp with the body scanner line yesterday)?
