Seat belt length
I'm asking this for a friend of mine who's going to be flying with Frontier for the first time.
She was told the seatbelt length is 35" *fully extended *. Does that included when it's COMPLETELY fastened, or does it measure that length BEFORE it's fastened? She's extremely embarrassed about asking for an extender even though I told her the flight attendants are quite discreet about it
