Sounds like you might be looking to pad your claim with other issues. Stick with your compensation claim as per EU regulations. There is no need to use a 3rd party and lose out on some of your compensation. They are useful when you have points of contention with the airline or are dealing with a "difficult" airline. Neither which appear to be the case here.
