Had a slightly odd experience with an enterprise booking where at the counter they tried to claim it was going to be $100 more than the booking rate ("We're holding you card for the estimated charges of $500 plus a deposit"). I showed them the confirmation in the enterprise app (where it was clearly $399) and they "were able to match" the rate.
I will say service was excellent otherwise. Stay on top of your rates and keep your confirmations handy.
