Pick the United option---no terminal change and security at Dulles. Polaris lounge at Dulles is vastly better than the Swiss lounge at Ohare.
The food on Swiss is nothing special. Geneva is an easy connect. At Zurich again you will need to change terminals in addition to customs clearance.
The Geneva Lounge will not be busy in the morning. The Zurich lounge in the A/B terminal will be very crowded with all the arrivals that have come off transAtlantic connections.
