Well, I’m no TK catering expert but my guess is they would package the second service as “light meal” or “before arrival”. On flights with two services, it seems to me that TK normally sticks to the familiar format of main service straight after departure, then shorter service (be it breakfast, snack, whatever) before landing. Not sure if the longest flights have three services?? As ever, happy to be corrected!
If memory serves the second service was full service: drinks, appetizer trolley, entree, dessert trolley. I do not recall, if they served amuse-bouche, though.
