We used points to reserve a five night stay in June. On our previous stay 2 years ago, we received a nice upgrade to a suite and complimentary daily breakfast for 2 in the dining room. From my experience in 2020 as a non-plat, no breakfast included with points.
Someone in a FB group went this past week as a gold and they said breakfast was included for them, just not tips (but I don’t think tips are included as Plat??). Not sure if it was bc they were gold or just all point bookings get breakfast now.
The property doesn’t take suite night awards. Sometimes can get a slightly nicer room by inquiring but in busy times I’d expect partial lake view at best :/.
