Orbitmic I am very pleased to hear that it’s “clean “ underwear that should go in hand luggage . BA did not get our luggage to us flying F LHR to JNB . It was a real pain as we were going on safari and doing multiple stops . I concur it’s pointless ringing them . We did at least have clean undies ! It would be helpful to know where in the world the Op is . Like others upthread I have regular patients from abroad see me asking for medication as they have run out . Usually when plans have changed . I do struggle a bit with some of the USA nomenclature, but have always been able to help .
