I will focus my response on ORY vs CDG if flying AF to/from JFK.

- ORY is marginally closer to Paris than CDG. I insist on the word marginally because we are talking about something like 5-7 km which is nothing. So choose between the 2 depending where you go in Paris. If you go on the left bank, then ORY is better. If you go to most of the right bank, then CDG is better.
- SkyP services (Check-in, immigration, security, boarding) are available at both airports. Is ORY less crowded than CDG ? Not so sure as the DOM-TOM flights to/from ORY are totally packed in summer.
- lounge : I have never been to the non-Schengen AF lounge in ORY, so I can’t comment. But I don’t take a lot of risk saying that CDG lounges are better than ORY, but certainly not to a point where it would make a difference to me to choose one vs the other.

Overall IMHO, if not dictated by the location you go in Paris, choose the flight that suits you the best in term of timing and price.
