Lounge in CDG is far superior!

Unless you are close to Orly I would go CDG based on this.

The food and beverage offering in AF CDG Lounge is quality.

Alternately the AA lounge is OK at CDG but the cheese offering is not quite the same. AA lounger at CDG also has showers if this matters.
