The article you posted is an AP article posted here several days ago. That FindLaw posted it today isn't the issue. I remember it because it contains quotes that sound very familiar (perhaps I've heard similar words posted here on FlyerTalk).
The Breast Exam article posted by SylviaCaras (which Spiff posted earlier today) is also a duplicate.
No problem. If you originate threads, you are bound to start some dups. I do it, Spiff did it just the other day, and now you have.
