There is the pre-arrival survey, but unless you have allergies or in villa preferences we didn't find that to be of too much importance. If you have spa treatments in mind do reach out in advance to schedule as there is some savings to be had there. For excursions they suggest booking those onsite due to weather and capacity requirements. I recall folks upthread mentioning you could book dinner reservations in advance so that would be worth reaching out to lock in specific nights on dining. We didn't do that in our last trip, but will plan to on our upcoming stay as some restaurants were booked up on certain nights which limited flexibility.
