It’s good that you didn’t have to lose your T-24 boarding position. That’s the implicit penalty for same-day change, although if you have A-list it hardly matters.
It's a little more frustrating for A-Listers travelling with a companion, though - we love being able to switch, but one of us being the last one on the plane stings a bit.
