My two children interviewed on Saturday, but still have not been approved on the website - in fact, it doesn't even have a check next to "Have interview, and wait for approval" step, and still lets me reschedule the interview even though the time has passed and we actually did the interview.
The CBP officer said we should get approved within 24-48 hours, but it has now been 5 days. I tried calling the Dulles enrollment center but it just goes to voicemail. Any ideas? Keep waiting? Stop by in person? Was hoping to get approved before a trip next week.
To follow up on my own post for anyone finding themselves in the same situation, I ended up stopping by the Dulles enrollment center a few days later while flying through the airport. Basically, one of the officers said the interviewing officer submitted the fingerprints and then went on vacation before approving the application, and I should expect the approvals within a few days of him returning. Which is what happened - got the approval 8 days after interviewing. I guess we just had bad luck in our draw and ended up with someone on their last day before heading out for their days off.
