I was just there. I am titanium.
  • The hotel upgrades to a suite if available. I had no success on this stay despite trying to use an SNA. All suites were booked. The hotel has reliably upgraded whenever a suite is available.
  • A breakfast coupon for 2 was provided.
  • I was given the choice of 1000 points or $10 toward food.
  • There is no executive lounge.
Folks have talked about the noise if you take a room facing the freeway. We were proactively given a room facing away from the freeway.
