We visited 3 resorts, JW, The Cape, then WA. JW was the grandest of them all and the facilities are nice and many pools to choose from. Service was comparable to The Cape which was typical of any Hyatt resorts in the states. The Cape has6a very boutique feel to it. Still very nice but much smaller than JW. We were upgraded to a Thompson suite, breakfast was awesome, the best of the 3. WA it's in the middle at far as size but we enjoyed it the most. Service was impeccable, again, I've never experienced this kind of service. We wish we could stay longer at WA!
