Same issue. DOB is off by one day. Called Turkish and they have confirmed that DOB in their system is correct despite the website showing wrong.
I have another question, I am *G and provided my UA mileage plus number, but he says there is no way for him to see that I am *G. How can I confirm that I will be able to get all of my *G benefits?
