Same today, both doors 1L and 2L were used. Immigration wasn't jam packed, and if you went as a normal traveller without any services I would guess it would have taken 30-45mins maybe to clear the immigration counters after getting your visa sticker and vaccination certificate validated. Definitely no chaos. YMMV.
